Hyatt Regency Lisbon

The hotel is 3-year old and very clean. It's a 1-minute walk from light rail (15E) and bus stations. The Icon Rooftop Bar has a great, close-up view of the April 25 Bridge at night. Joao of the front desk was awesome in our check-in process. The suite we upgraded was extremely spacious.

Location is ideal to jump onto public transportation, or if you have conference activities plaStay! The rooms are maintained in especially liked the suites with a kitchen and balcony. The room can get warm in spring and summer so room was air-conditioned but sometimes opening the balcony does the trick to let out kitchen warmth out.

The Hyatt Regency Hotel was the perfect hotel for our trip! Its central location made exploring Lisbon and attending our event a breeze. Our room was spotless and spacious, having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was a huge bonus. We also loved the delicious food and stunning rooftop restaurant views. Most of all, the staff was magnificent and went above and beyond for our family. Truly one of our best hotel experiences yet!

미성년 자녀가 수영장에 들어갈 수 없다는 사실을 듣고 절망했습니다. 미리 알았더라면 예약하지 않았고 이 점 때문에 재방문하지 않을 것입니다. 그 부분은 개선되길 강력히 제안합니다.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Lisbon was truly unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, and every detail throughout the property reflected luxury and care. The location was also perfect for exploring Lisbon while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What made our stay especially meaningful was the incredible celebratory set up prepared for me and my husband. The sweet treats, champagne and personal note in our suite room made us feel so celebrated and appreciated. It was such a beautiful gesture that turned our trip into a truly memorable experience. We were genuinely touched by the effort and kindness of the staff. All the staff, specially to Patricia, Beatrice, Gonzalo and Diogo (hope I spelled their names right) went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay, and their attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Lisbon for making our celebration so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to come back again. Highly, highly recommended!

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt vom Tejo. Das Zentrum von Lissabon ist mit der direkt vor dem Hotel abfahrenden Straßenbahn innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, die Betten prima.

Für Lärmempfindliche könnte die direkt angrenzende Straße und die Bahn störend sein, in den späteren Abendstunden ist der Verkehrslärm jedoch deutlich reduziert.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Ines at check-in was incredibly kind and thoughtful, she not only made the process smooth but also shared great food recommendations for both Lisbon and my next stop, Porto, which I really appreciated. Vitor was equally fantastic, helping with my bags and being so sweet and accommodating throughout. The team truly made me feel welcome, and their attention to detail made a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service!

Quarto grande com ótima varanda, cama confortável e um bom roupeiro. A casa de banho também era grande com sanita separada do chuveiro e lavatório. O rooft top é simplesmente incrível, tem umas vistas espetaculares.

O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais fruta variada.
