San Agustin Apartments

The property was great! The penthouse had a great space to see most of old San Juan, the ships, and the in air dinning experience. The apartments have no elevator so it was a nice climb to the top apartment but other than that I highly recommend this property.

It was perfect for our vacation. Location is perfect.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean.

Good area, apartment a bit run down and the shower curtain looked like it hasn’t been changed in quite some time. Comfortable beds though.

The staff and area were so welcoming! We loved our stay with them. There is a bakery next door with good food and there is a store right our front if you need anything. We loved the café on the corner as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back!

Staff was great! I loved the location, is really near Old San Juan. Rooms were big, spacious and clean.

Good apartment to stay in, clean, cold AC, small fridge. Parking and on site laundry was very convenient. If you can brave the heat, Old San Juan is only a half an hour walk, even less by car.

The location was amazing, right in between Old San Juan and Condado Beach, and only about 5 minutes from the T-Mobile District. We were close to everything: bars, restaurants, beaches, nightlife, and entertainment. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had major issues. There was a noticeable mosquito and ant problem that made the stay uncomfortable. Unless you bring strong repellent like Off, be prepared to deal with bites and itching throughout your stay. Great location, but the condition of the apartment really brought the experience down.
