Good experience

We have stayed before and loved it, this time the airstream itself felt neglected. The light bulbs where not consistent - the 2 bed bulbs where completely different shades -1 was a soft light the other was a super bright intrusive light The fan in bathroom squeezed WiFi went off Check out is 10am far to early

The property was clean. All the staff were friendly and they were all attentive!!

The sofa was stained . The refrigerator dirty . The water had a bad odor

Breakfast was granola and really good coffee. The location was perfect for what we had planned to do in the area.

From the web site, I had thought there would me more space between camp sites. But the way each camp was set up it felt very private.

Immaculate, every area was clean. Elena, a staff member when out of their way to help us when we encountered a problem with our reservation. Made our stay extra special ♥️

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Everywhere you could see the attention to details.

The accommodations in the camp van were clean and comfortable bed to sleep in. The lounge area was warm and welcoming and the first night were were treated very nicely by a young lady named Elena. Elena had amazing customer service and was able to answer questions and take our food order, we even received stickers for our kids. I was disappointed the next morning when I woke up and went to the breakfast area, the employee Mary Ellen was approached me in a very rude manner and asked me to pay for the cereal that I had taken for my son and I. I paid the 7 dollars for the two containers of cereal . As a person of color I believe her rude negative tone was due to racial profiling, she was very nice to all the other people who were not of color. As a customer I do not mind paying for cereal, however, I don't think it was necessary to be questioned, and singled out in a rude tone by this employee Mary Ellen. The review is honest true reflection of my experience.
