Very clean and they think of all your needs. It’s not inexpensive but if you’re looking for upscale camping this is your spot.

Little expensive .

Beautiful and unique setting.

Check in time was at 4. We arrived at 3:45 and were told to wait near the desk and they would let us know when our room was ready. We waited almost an hour until I finally walked over to the desk (10 feet away!) to inquire and they said, “Oh…we texted you.” The lobby was EMPTY & seeing as checkout is at 10am (unheard of!) and we were paying 700 dollars for 18 hours there….i expected a prompt check-in. The staff was pleasant but young and not very knowledgeable about the hospitality business. The showers were out of soap & other things and we had to ask a few times for necessities. They also charged an extra fee for “amenities”. I asked what those were thinking maybe there was a pool or hot tub. The “amenities” were a fire pit and board games. The lantern in our room didn’t work. A lot of little annoying inconveniences. Not a great value….but we still had a pretty good time and it was a beautiful setting.

We enjoyed an overnight stay at this Air Stream when we visited Kaaterskill Falls for our anniversary. Clean & spacious bathroom, nice to be able to take a hot shower after a full day hike. Kitchenette well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dinnerware & utensils. Private picnic table & fire pit outside for campfire & cooking but you have to buy the firewood which wasn’t included in the resort fee. Had dinner at the clubhouse kitchen, burger was delicious. In the morning hiked the trail around the campground, very peaceful & quiet. Overall we had a memorable stay.

The bedding had stains and hairs which was very disappointing. The couch was stained as well and the refrigerator wasn't clean.

Ok. So we came into this with very low expectations. My son kept asking to go camping and was very excited to stay in an airstream. The airstream is great for 3 people MAX. That includes children. The “fold out couch” is way too small for two children to sleep on in my opinion. We probably should have done the tiny house or cabin but my son really wanted to stay in the airstream so we just roughed it. When we checked into the airstream, it had no toilet paper, no garbage bags and they were missing all the bedding to make up the fold out couch. We just went to the front desk and they gave us everything, no problem. The property is very cute and they have lawn games and bikes you can use. My biggest problem with this place is the general store and kitchen. They ran out of so much stuff! They advertise grill kits but then the very rude young blonde woman told me they only had chicken and it would take two hours to thaw. They ran out of french fries, pizza, chicken nuggets which if anyone has kids knows how inconvenient that is!! At one point they ran out of water!!! When you order food, the person who takes your order also cooks it so the wait is very long. The place is not staffed properly and a bit mis-managed. The rest of the people who work here are very nice. anyway, if you come, just keep in mind you probably should bring everything you need and want to eat. We really should have just brought our own stuff. Also, not sure this place is worth spending $600 on a Saturday for. Other than that this place is ok.

We booked a stay here after reading a review in the Sunday Times. First impressions were great: friendly reception staff, room ready early, nice grounds. But then things went a bit downhill. It was the last night of our holiday in the US so we were relying on being able to get everything we wanted for dinner at Autocamp. As other reviewers have said, that was a mistake. There was no mention on the website or at check in that you needed to pre-order their grill kits and that there was a 2 hour lead-in time for them. If we had of waited until we wanted to start cooking we would have been totally screwed. Not great when you are travelling with children. As it was they had already run out of the steak grills kits by 4pm. The grill kits were on the expensive side but good quality. The problem was that for something so simple to put together they managed to leave out 3 of the 9 items from both packs. We had to first go back to get our macaroni cheese, and then again to get the foil trays and oil to cook the food in. It was a pity that the manager on duty was totally lacking in any customer service skills and at no point was any form of apology offered. It really left a bad taste and put a dampener on what we were expecting to be a fabulous stay. One last thing - the s’mores kits were an absolute rip off. $18 for 4 tiny marshmallows, 4 tiny squares of chocolate and 2 small crackers

There are certainly a number of small reasons I wouldn't want to stay here again, but the big one was that we had a tent adjacent to a wedding tent on property, and there was extremely loud music from the wedding until 10 pm preventing us from thinking about anything else (like the bass was thumping in our chests loud). We were given no warning and our rate did not reflect this discomfort. Beware.
