We loved the Caravan! Bed was cozy and the view from our bed was amazing. The overall atmosphere was great.

Our heating didn’t work. It was really cold and maintenance came only after 8 AM. We didn’t have to pay the resort fee, but felt that the compensation should have been higher.

"5 star price for a shoddy , small camper, and generally a rip-off"

The thought of staying in a trailer for a few days sounded intriguing. I am not a camper, and the Catskills are fairly scenic. The once unique Airstream campers have been stripped, and re-configured to be plain and uncomfortable without any seating to speak of. I went with 20 others with a car club. The camper had stains, dirty windows,and cobwebs at the windows. The beds were small and uncomfortable. They overcharged for everything (including firewood and starters) as many others have reported. The staff was surly, and unhelpful.

The location was close to good hikes in the Catskills.

The staff was overwhelmed by the holiday weekend. The nice extra aspects of the place ... Cider, coffee, tea, etc were all out while trash was overfilled. The RV was pictured in the woods, but they were all very tight alongside one another. Everything looked clean, but the sheets were really rough and noticed what looked like light mulch etc on them/in them. As if washed, but not very well.
