MainStay Suites Gaylord

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was comfy. The outdoor hot tub was awesome!! We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and we learned when we checked in that the pool is open 24 hours, and is adult only after 11pm. The breakfast was fresh and there was a great selection, and the clerk that checked us in was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Seriously one of the nicest budget friendly hotels we’ve ever staying in. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy this hotel again in the near future!

Room was large enough for three adults. Nightlight. Bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator.

Shower was a little challenging to operate. Proximity to highway; room faced highway (noise).

The staff was awesome! The rooms were clean and well equipped! Breakfast was also very good! No complaints at all! Very comfortable room s. It was raining the day of check out, so we hung out in the room for a while. Felt like we were at home!

The woman at the front desk (and I’m so sad I didn’t catch her name) was extremely nice and made sure me and my friends had an excellent girl’s weekend!

The manager was the nicest peraon in the world. He was there in the moring during breakfast and talkes with everyone

Great front desk staff, very accommodating and kind. Close to grocery store and restaurants. I would definitely stay here on my next business trip to Gaylord.

Nice hotel - loved the full frig and decent free breakfast everyday. Staff was nice and helpful. There were some things in the room that were dinged but it was clean. Fluffier towels would be nice. Happy with the stay.
