Big space, pet friendly, good staff and good breakfast choices.

Great property… Our suite was wonderful. Breakfast was enjoyable and breakfast. Staff was amazing.

Upon preparing the pull out couch for my son, I pulled it out only to find a large mound of food crumbs underneath the unit. Called the front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done and I would have to relocate to a different room.

It started out rough as our neighbors in 104 were blaring music. After a call and a visit down to the front office it was handled. After that the stay went well. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We had everything we needed for a quick work trip.

The staff was not friendly. Nor would they help in any way when the Booking service gave me a King suite instead of a double.

Let me start by saying, WOW! What a great experience I had. Just stayed one night 1/7/24. Service was great, amenities were outstanding (pool, outside hot tub, WiFi). The continental breakfast was out of this world! Make your own waffles and pancakes, and every single item needed was available. Price was very affordable. Room cleanliness was awesome. Efficiencies in the room even for one night was a game changer. Can’t think of anything bad to say!

New accommodation with very spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is doing a great job to make you feel comfortable. We went for a ski vacation to Boyne Mountain resort and it was a very good location about 25 min away. The outside hot tub was amazing after the day on the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful even if you arrived after 9.30.

Large comfortable room. Breakfast was amazing and they even had gluten free waffles!

Hot tub should be open 24 hours like the pool is
