Great location, clean place with great views, food is good and service is awesome. Small resort for relaxing vacation and great people to meet

Just back from a week at Dreams Cozumel Cape and VERY highly recommend for the kind and helpful people who work there, as well as the beautiful spaces!! Lots of snorkling and diving here because it's Cozumel, but I don't do either of those things and still had the most wonderful relaxing time at the beach and pool.  The pool has a swim-up bar with all of the options, and there is a beach-side bar as well, plus servers come around to folks on the lounge chairs regularly at the pool and beach, taking order for drinks.  Brought my water shoes so I could enjoy going into the water (coral reef and very rocky!) and relaxing in the hammocs they have set up in the ocean! The entertainment team does a fantastic job setting up activities throughout the day -- shout out to Aaron for going above and beyond setting up yoga by the beach, organizing beach volleyball, and leading a super-fun aqua-aerobics class at the pool! Rooms were clean and airy and well-stocked with snacks (pringles, m&ms), Bacardi, and a fridge full of waters, beer, seltzer, and various sodas.  They have Nespresso coffee machines and provide decaf on request.  Restocked every day.  Each room has a patio and ours was especially nice for drinks and people-watching!  Rooms have slippers, a beach bag, and a steamer available for clothes.  Nice big shower with one of those clotheslines you can pull out over it, to dry swimsuits. Buffet is available for all three meals, and the breakfast buffet was consistently delicious.  Carolina at the World Cafe was a particularly amazing server, checking in on us regularly and making sure we knew what all our options were!  The taqueria outside is available for dinner most nights -- very unassuming setup and the best tacos!  Options even in that small space (hard/soft shell, cheese/ beans/ pork/ beef/ chicken . . . . .).  The Coco Cafe has nice coffee drinks 7 am thru 11 pm -- including decaf options and milk options (2%/light, soy, almond, lactose-free!).  We also enjoyed some a-la-carte options like Olio (Italian). Checking in and out was super easy.  Bell Captain Rudy was there on our first and last days and provided incredible service with orientation at the beginning, and airport transfers at the end. All in all a fantastic resort with fantastic people!

La habitación muy comoda la verdad (pero no llegue a vacacionar para estar encerrado en un cuarto), el personal es muy amable y muy atento, contra eso no tengo ningun incoveniente; el sazon y las bebidas muy bien aunque las comidas muy repititivas, las areas para comer muy bien y con excelentes vistas; muy tranquilo el lugar.

La playa, definitivamente la playa, jamas regresaria a ese hotel hay demasiados corales y no se puede ni caminar, ni nadar ni hacer snorkel en esa area del hotel; el area de arena es muy poca yo y mis hijos no disfrutamos la playa. la alberca es muy pequeña, pocas actividades en la alberca; muy aburrido el hotel, los meseros muy pocos y solo te atienden hasta las 5 de la tarde, de ahi tu tienes que ir por tus bebidas al area del bar, desafortunamadamente en la habitación que me toco, cuando se presento una lluvia, entro mucha agua en la habitación y se me mojo una cajonera con todo y ropa. la caja fuerte no funciono y no cerro bien, deje dinero, pero desafortunadamente no conte cuanto tenia; asi que no supe si me agarraron dinero. los alimentos muy repetitivos. los baños en areas comunes tenian mal olor y en algunos se encontraban muy sucios, no le daban limpieza rapido y en una ocasion tanto el de mujeres y hombres como que se taparon.

Están situados en una playa muy bonita, su personal es amable, tienen varios restaurantes entre los dos hoteles. Su restaurante francés y el mediterráneo fueron los dos que más nos gustaron.

Nos dieron un ascenso al hotel Secrets porque tenían lleno el hotel Dreams y la habitación que nos dieron se notaba vieja, con malos acabados y en ocasiones olía a drenaje. En cuanto a los alimentos, no estaban muy ricos, sobre todo en los bufets, además de pocas opciones. Faltan camastros y sombrillas de playa y, en ocasiones, toallas. Los extranjeros apartan los camastros desde antes de las seis de la mañana y no los dejan durante todo el día, por lo que es muy complicado conseguir uno.

Bilderna lever inte upp till verkligheten. Vi var tvungna att byta rum med då det första luktade mögel

This resort is as reviewed- shabby, loud, badly run with mediocre food and watered down drinks. Some families seemed to get to choose the very loud music at the pool which was unheated. The rooms are of a interstate Hilton condition.
