Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort & Spa

We loved staying at Dreams Resorts. The service was so wonderful. We loved our room, it was beautiful. I would have to say that the pool and beach were just amazing. It was quiet and the atmosphere was great!

Nice location. Food options are terrible! Long waits. Only 1 restaurant and 1 buffet a night. Paid a lot of money to wait hours for a table, or you have to buy a bottle of wine to get a table. It was actually suggested that we leave our children to go to Secrets for dinner. I have stayed at several Dreams resorts, and have NEVER had this issue. It is SO disappointing! We didn't have this issue when we paid far less to stay at Sunscape. Way to go Hyatt! I'm so happy that you ruined a really good place. Bravo!!

Great snorkeling, beach and staff. Not for groups. In order for our group to sit together we had to buy $100-$300 in wine depending on the restaurant. Even after agreeing to the wine charge they still sat us at two tables. It was so weird.

My stay at this resort was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and the “luxury” reputation they advertise. From the moment I arrived, it felt nothing like a high-end, all-inclusive experience. The room was the biggest letdown. It had a damp, moldy smell that never went away, and nothing about it felt clean or well-maintained. We did get accommodated to move to a better room at Dreams but you can tell the smell of mold was being masked. The food options were diverse but it was very bland. Best meal we got was room service and the hibachi grill, which was very limited. I would not stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a true luxury vacation. There are much better options in Cozumel that care more about their guests and the quality of their resort.

I loved Cozumel and Dreams is beautiful. We got “Preferred “ room and we could have access to the “Secrets” pool and restaurants. The food is ok and we loved the idea of having the opportunity to snorkeling right in front of the hotel. The entertainment was great! The employees were very welcoming and I used to play volleyball every day! Love it!

Such a beautiful place to be.. From check in to check out, this is where you want to be on the coast. The entertainment team were so enthusiastic all the time, beach volleyball, water class in the pool, yoga on the beach, even Mayan Dancers came...Heydy and Aaron were stand outs.Our favorite breakfast host were Carolina and Fransisco...I am gluten free and they were on it everyday.( along with the hostess) The smiling faces in the coffee shop were great every morning for a Latte and evening for the yummy ice cream. Arantixa was a stand out for the amazing service there. There were others to that I could not get there names, the Bellman that was there every morning, the spa was AMAZING! We actually went back for a second treatment...The nice man who would drive us in the golf cart back from Secrets each evening. Highly recommend this resort, everyone was so very kind.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The location is perfect when on the ocean front you have the amazing sunset over the beautiful sea Construction was noisy and left only one small pool available for all. Disappointed only two restaurant choices per evening Olio and Pizzaria need some kind of noise canceling We only ate Olio once due to the noise of voices resounding The same with the pizzaria. We did wait 45 min at the Pizzeria to eat outside our second visit That was perfect and the food delicious Young kids had a great time at the beach with plenty of of shaded palapas for the adults
