Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort & Spa

I have been staying at this resort for four years. The staff is wonderful! I always get an ocean front room, and the views are amazing. I go twice a year for diving.

My room had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very clean. Despite being next to the ocean the room was not musty. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything needed. i will certainly be back.

We went for the diving. Dreams has an onsite Pro-Dive shop on the premises. ALL of the dive guides are very good and attentive to your needs We did not use the beach, but it was pretty. We did not use the pools, but they were nice looking. We do not drink so we can't say anything about the bars.

I have been to Dreams 3 times. Always have a good time. This resort is just the right size, not too big. If you are a preferred member you also have access to Secrets that is next to Dreams. The entertainment Staff is wonderful. Luz, Heydi and Aaron are wonderful. They have great energy. Windows at Secrets is very good. The steaks are very tasty. The hostess Jenny is super nice and remembers you every time you go there. The wait staff is also good. Angela and Luis Migel are excellent. The view from our room was spectacular. You can really relax and unwind.

Clean room, friendly staff. Oceanfront swim out the best.

Seems to be a great dive shop attached to the Dreams HOTEL We spoke with Louisa for future dive vacation , she was impressive to talk to and we look forward to our next Dive vacatwith her.

We have been to Mexico over 10xs we try different resorts ever time. This by far is the worst one. We booked it for our kids and my parent fist trip here . Awful I feel so bad. There is no activities for the kids. Thank goodness that we got a swim out. The buffet is the smallest ever serves the same thing every day. Out of all the 4 restaurants only 1 and the buffet is open nightly. I have never lost weight on vacation😄. I guess the resort is only 25% occupied but we still paid our full amount not my problem. We always go in September every year and this is a first. Very Very disappointed and the front desk is worthless at helping. So don't book here. First bad review I ever left at a resort.

This was the worst all-inclusive and vacation experience of my life. The room conditions were not to the level of the advertised standard. I had a room with several bugs and roaches, water leaks, mold and the food was not consumable. They finally changes my room after 2 days to a down gradec and never gave me a refund for the swimout room I paid for. I feel scammed with all of the false advertising. I had to travel through an abandoned resort to get to Secrets where they didnt have enough space to accomidate guests I will never go to this resort or recommend it to anyone. I have pictures to support the filthy room they gave me.
