The beach was stunning.

The food was poor quality. The room I booked ( separate living with separate bedroom) said did not exist??? Put us in a room with construction going on all day. Then moved us to a better room with swim out which was great. The a/c mini split in our room dripped on floor I did not know and at 6:30am on my way to bathroom I slipped and cracked my head open. So I ended up in emergency room. They offered no room compensation for this.

Good afternoon, I had a terrible experience — truly one of the worst I've ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and inattentive. The lobby is extremely small, barely accommodating ten people. The buffet restaurant was unacceptable: the food was of very poor quality, and the fruit was covered in flies — absolutely appalling. The pool area looked more like a small backyard pool or a kiddie splash zone than what you'd expect from a hotel. The rooms were outdated, equipped with mini-split air conditioners that, unsurprisingly, didn’t work. For the price they charge, this hotel is simply not worth it. It was such a disappointing experience that I decided to leave the very next day, fully aware I might lose my money since I booked through Expedia. Fortunately, I found The Westin Cozumel, which offered an infinitely better experience for the same price. I sincerely hope others don't make the same mistake I did.

Had a great time, staff was awesome and the location was perfect. Only complaint was the dining options for breakfast and lunch were too limited.

We thought the resort was nice, no major complaints. We had a swim out pool room and we really liked that. The food could be better as far as choices and it was odd how some buffets wouldn't be open? Nice you could use Secret's facilities, but there buffet's would also be closed on random days. Entertainment was OK at night - nothing great. We did enjoy Hyedy(?) - she did a great job with the water exercise and other fun activities. Overall the stay was nice - just wished there were better food choices and maybe just ONE English speaking channel other the the hotel chanel. Couldn't relax and watch a movie or chill with TV - even though there was a huge TV in the room....

Loved my stay! Much better than any other resort experience

This was my first all-inclusive vacation. While I had nothing to compare it to, I am definitely not disappointed. Beautiful place and the staff, as well as other guests, were all very friendly and kind. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Francisco, Julio, Adiel were part of the waiter staff and also excellent. Yajaira world cafe host was always accommodating. This is my families 5th year and it has become a family vacation destination. We started at Suncape which is now being remodeled to become all one Dreams and Secerts Resort which is needed. The swim outs are truly worth it as Dreams main pool isn’t the biggest as the area isn’t that big and seats are taken by 9am at the latest but have beach option. Coco Cafe are a yes everytime! Alittle more experience needed in the coffee making but these are the best spot to read and relax, have a good conversation. Maid service excellent and the 24/7 room service is a life changing experience. Being preferred helps also as you can truly go anywhere and enjoy everything but it isn’t a must if you can’t afford to. The restaurant are nice and lovely but can use some spice pick up in some meals. The people/workers are amazing and really friendly and they enjoy trying to make your stay more enjoyable. This year white party was Awesome!! Had a blast. We will be back next year for a wedding and can’t wait to see what they have done with the place.
