The room had an odor upon entrance. There was not a lot of parking. They also charged $75 a night for pets

Loved the location in between the Strip and Downtown on the edge of the Arts District. A whole different vibe! Lovely smaller clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great helpful staff!

Sadly the restaurant was under remodel so did not get to enjoy that. Maybe next time…

The hotel is in an up and coming area which i think will be transformed by the influx of new residents by multiple large apartment complexes under construction. The rooms are British contemporary, very well designed. The arts district is a 5-10 minute walk, the Strat is almost walkable if you enjoy longer walks. You can also walk to Fremont St, I wouldn’t recommend doing that at night but it’s safe during the day just be aware it is a city. The restaurant was closed for renovations, it would have been nice if the hotel did something to make up for it like add a mini bar (it has the fridges ) or have a wine and cheese in the afternoon. The odd thing is the room has a cocktail shaker but nothing to shake, these should be removed. I asked and the hotel doesn’t have a liquor license, very strange. I had a hand written note at check in and my first name and status was on a board in the lobby. The staff is very personable and have good advice about the neighborhood. The doorman opens the door as soon as he sees you. I dropped a star because of the restaurant, lack of bar and access to a cocktail in the hotel. I’ll come back and hopefully there will be more new buildings in the neighborhood and a restaurant and bar on site or more offerings next door. If you’re doing a longer trip to vegas I recommend a couple days at this hotel.
