Clean, mostly quiet (no exzessive parties, more family-oriented), great food.

Many extra-pay surprises at site (daily tax 10 euros, soft drinks not included for dinner in halfboard, not all fitness activities included, etc.). Fitness Center only partly maintained. Website not very user-friendly (difficult to find relevant information, no response to email requests) for individual bookings.

This was sadly such a disappointing trip and not worth the money. I booked specifically so that it would be baby and family friendly. Lots of hills, no ramps, and one tiny lift that was very old and hard to operate with a pram. The room was basic full of ants and flies and I had to ask the staff to keep coming back to clean. The hotel is tired and is in need of refurbishment. The Mark Warner team were not easy to find and again the service provided was not the friendly welcome I would expect. I would not recommend.

Mark Warner holiday in Lesvos was not as described, lacking many of the activities advertised and then had huge issues trying to complain with no one bothering to reply to my complaints and loosing my emails. I have been told on 2 occasions that the complaint had been logged but it was not possible to speak to anyone but it would be dealt with in 28 days. Very disappointed all round as I had great expectations of my much needed post cancer holiday and not even having a response has continued to leave a bad taste. We also never received the photos we paid for from their on site photography business partner which I was promised would be followed up by Mark Warner. The hotel itself was good but let down very badly but my experience with the tour operator.

Bize verilen ev havuz kısmına çok çok uzak merdivenle çıkılan bölgedeydi. Küçük bebeğimiz olması nedeniyle sık sık girip çıkmamız gerekti ve bu durum bizi çok zorladı. Odamızın değiştirilmesini talep ettik ancak dolu olduğunu söyleyip geçiştirdiler. Bebekli iseniz ve merdiven çıkıp inmeye hazır değilseniz asla tercih etmeyin çok dik ve güneş altında yürümek çok zor.
