Aeolian Village Beach Resort

Another great stay at Aeolian village, a huge shout out to all the staff for going above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. The beach is located a short stroll from the hotel; the sun beds and parasols are all very well maintained, adding to the overall comfort and relaxation guests experience by the pool or on the beach. Standards are exceptionally high, thanks to Chef George for his outstanding food and his hardworking staff, Christina, Paola, Irini who consistently produce delicious and beautifully presented food. The Restaurant staff, Maria, Gabriel, George, Angelus, Daphne, Elpine and the Restaurant Manager Nectarios. The Reception Staff Manager Stratoula, Aphrodite and Maria. The Hotel Managers Andreas and Andreas; our cleaning Lady Zamira, the beach Dorothya and the wider teams (all the catering, front of house, receptionist, gardeners, bar staff). Everyone works hard to make it a most enjoyable stay. The hotel's spa services are also very good, offering a range of treatments to help guests unwind and rejuvenate. Overall, this hotel provides a perfect blend of comfort, making it an ideal destination for a memorable holiday. My recent experience at Aeolian Village was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every member of staff is dedicated to making each guest feel welcome and thoroughly looked after. The hotel's beach is merely a pleasant stroll from the main building, making it incredibly accessible. The sun beds and parasols are meticulously maintained, which adds immensely to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation—whether you're lounging by the pool or unwinding by the sea. The standards here are exceptional, particularly when it comes to dining. Chef George deserves special recognition for his consistently outstanding cuisine, supported by his talented team Christina, Paola, and Irini who serve up mouth-watering dishes, always beautifully presented. The restaurant staff Maria, Gabriel, George, Angelus, Daphne, Elpine, and Restaurant Manager Nectarios are unfailingly attentive and friendly, elevating every meal into a memorable occasion. Special mention also to Reception Staff Manager Stratoula, as well as Aphrodite and Maria, for their friendly and efficient service from check-in to departure. The Hotel Managers, both named Andreas, are ever-present and approachable, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Our cleaner Zamira, the beach attendant Dorothya, and all the wider teams catering, front of house, receptionists, gardeners, and bar staff whom all work tirelessly to make our stay special. In summary, Aeolian Village delivers an ideal blend of luxury and comfort. It's a place where meticulous attention to detail and genuine hospitality combine to create a holiday experience that's truly unforgettable. Everything was amazing. The people, the hotel, the food and particularly the childcare. Great to see that British companies still can be the very best.

We had hoped to stay in Skala Eressos, but it was completely booked due to the annual women's festival. Aeolian Village was a 10 minute walk from the town, so it was a good fall back. The resort seems to be affiliated with, or owned by, a UK travel company that provides all-inclusive packages. We we're part of that deal, but it seemed like most of the other guests were. The room was big - I think it was meant for a family - and it had a nice balcony with a view of the sea. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. The beach in front of the resort was nice - sandy with a beach bar and sun beds. We had no problem getting sunbeds except at peak hours (3pm - 4:30pm) when it was full up. (No problem.) Didn't use the pool but it looked big and inviting, with a blocked off area for children. There are lots of aquasports available as well as tennis. We enjoyed breakfast on the ouside terrace overlooking the pool. Didn't eat dinner there as we preferred to eat in the tavernas and restaurants in Skala Eressos.

I have travelled to many Greek islands in the last 40 years. This is our second visit to Lesbos, the last being 30 years ago. Lesbos is a lovely island, reminiscent of Greek islands many years ago before tourism took over, it’s so peaceful and quiet. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the location is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, special mention to Maria on reception, Lucas at the pool bar, Dorotea at the pool bar and beach,bar, Andreas at the beach bar and Anastasia in the restaurant and of course, George the famous chef. We arrived at midnight and Maria welcomed and greeted us, we received a sandwich, apple and cake, a lovely touch. The food was absolutely fantastic, all fresh and the lunches were cooked to order. The evening buffet was again fantastic,and George and his team did a wonderful job. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and I had requested a first floor quiet room, which we were allocated, thank you to the reception team. We had a nice room with a walk in shower and the beds were comfortable. We spent many hours at the lovely beach bar and it was fabulous with excellent staff. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return in the future.

Staff all super friendly especially young lady on reception. Room cleaned every day and the food was amazing... something for everyone! Beach across the road was lovely with a bar/ beds and a lovely clean toilet. We were at the women's festival and it was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come and go a few times through our the day.

The resort has all of the expected facilities for a beach holiday, with water activities located a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. Dining options are standard fare, but the service is incredible. Maria was of particular delight and was very attentive and kind to guests. Thanks Maria for my daily hugs 😊
