Aeolian Village Beach Resort

Facilities, proximity of beach, great buffet meals.

We had a lovely time here at the Aeolian. We arrived late and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who checked us in and gave us some yummy rolls, cake and fruit. Our rooms were a bit of a treck past the tennis courts but it meant they were nice and quiet. The rooms do need renovations, they were quite basic and shower was not good but they were a good size with large balcony and lovely views to the mountains. I can't fault the food, great selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner and always warm and well cooked, fresh omelettes for breakfast and lots to choose from at the evening themed nights. It was never crowded either, even when the restaurant was busy it never felt like a cattle market which it often does at AI places. The pool was fab, great size and always sooo many beds available, I've never known anything like it esp as it was still end of school holidays, we were quite often the only ones around it, absolutely no need to put towels down at all. The beach was lovely, good beach bar and clean toilets and the sea was calm and crystal clear, the fish do like to have a little nibble if you stand still in the sea for too long though :) A shot walk will take you over the the turtle bridge into town - turtle bridge is AMAZING, I've never seen anything like it, hundreds of turtles, take some bread to feed them and if you go the beach side to see them they will literally eat it out of your hand, the kids loved it. The town was lovely, unspoilt with some great bars and restaurants which were all so cheap, staff everywhere were friendly too, I would def recommend but probably wouldn't go back as there are so many places I want to explore first!

Δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια ούτε μια φορά στις 4 μέρες, τις πετσέτες τις άλλαξαν αφού το ζητήσαμε.

özellikle otel müdürünün müşteriye davranışını !!! Gece 10'dan sonra otele girmemize ve yarım pansiyon almamıza rağmen yemeği vermeyip bize çıkış günümüzde öğle yemeği vermeyi teklif etti !!! oysaki sabah erken çıkacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen... Yani anlayacağınız 3 kişinin ( akşam yemeği bedeli olan 60 euro ) nun üstüne yatmak için atılan bu adım yakışmadı...

Plaja yakın olması iyiydi ancak şehir merkezine yürümeniz ya da aracınızla gitmeniz gerekiyor.

Odamıza giriş yaptığımızda çok ağır pis bir koku vardı. Tüm odalar dolu olduğu için farklı bir odaya geçemedik. Önce kokunun su tesisatından kaynaklandığı düşünülerek teknik ekip tarafından müdehale edildi. Ancak uzun süre havalandırmamıza rağmen koku azalmadı. Sonunda housekeeping supervisor odamıza geldi ve kokunun çarşaflardan kaynaklandığını farkettik. Sorunu anlatabilmek için aracımızla 2 kez aşağıdaki resepsiyona inip çıkmamız gerekti. Moral bozucu bir başlangıcın ardından tatilimize devam ettik. Yaşattıkları bu kötü deneyimden sonra en azından akşam yemeğimizden ücret almayabilirlerdi ya da başka bir jest..

Peyzajı ve denizi güzel; denizi temiz, çalışanlar arasında ingiliz de var, herkes güleryüzlü, bahçeden üzüm ve incir yedim

Kahvaltısı vasat, peynirleri az, zeytin çeşitleri ve yeşillik az. Helal ve vegan seçenekler yok,

Herşey çok iyiydi tesis temiz deniz muhteşemdi

Biz bir aileydik 3 kişi ana baba ve bir kız, anne ile kız birlikte yatınca, tek kişilik yatak ek olan inanılmaz rahatsızdı, tek sorun buydu

Açık büfe kahvaltı ve havuz çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü yardımsever
