Go Hotels Plus Tuguegarao

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. Location is also great because it is walking distance to the mall (to buy essentials).

There was a power outage (blackout) during our stay which lasted for over an hour (in the wee hours of the morning around 3am). The emergency lights did not function and our room was pitch black! Their generetor was not working also. It took over an hour to restore the energy in our room and im not sure it is the generator that was fixed or it was because power just resumed.

Budget hotel. No extra roll of toilet paper, need to call front desk to have some and they delivered just 1 roll. Live cockroach looking insect in shower.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Just the location and having an airport shuttle. The value was also excellent.

The bathrooms smelled of pee like it hasn’t been sanitized properly. No hand towels which they expect us to use regular bath towels to dry off hands. I asked for extra towel and the girl said they can’t give us extra one. It’s just enough for the number of guests. The 2nd time we checked in for a night stay, air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Maintenance came too late, we had a commitment at that time. We came back and asked if they could fix it so instead of saying “sorry, maintenance had gone home” she said, I will send maintenance upstairs. No one came. Since it was only a night, we just stayed and not bothered to asked another room.
