A közösségi terek nagyon szépek. A személyzet kedves és udvarias. A szoba kényelmes volt és a hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Volt reptéri transzfer.

Nem találtam elég rugalmasnak a recepció munkályát. A szobákra egy apróbb felújítás ráférne.

"I think this hotel is by far the best hotel in the area. they need to pay more attention to request"

I always have a lot of respect for the staff. I see new faces and can tell the staff isn’t as fast as usual but still very courteous.

I booked my room awhile back requesting the 1st floor with a corner room if possible and like always no response get thrown on the 3rd floor with a leaking AC that isn’t that good and a shower that the shower head attachment is broke.
