The staff was able to give us a 1st floor room and the beds are always nice.

The staff should let us know that the 1st floor would be used for a wedding photo shoot at 0800 with doors slamming, and people yelling early in the morning. That is ridiculous that they wouldn’t let their customers know about an event going on for their locals.

The I’ve stayed was big but it wasn’t clean. Sheets wasn’t changed from the previous clients I believe, hair was on the bed when I open the blanket. Dirty on pillow basically it wasn’t changed or clean. Floor was dirty and toilet was smell pee and wet on top of the toilet seat looks and smells like someone was pee on it. No it was disgusting on my first day. Noisy from the hall way with other clients from next room or across but was nonstop. Noisy and it wasn’t from just outside but hallway inside the hotel on my floor. We have to change my bed in my first night and I showed it to the hotel staff. Next day they changed the sheet on my bed again but floor was still dirty. Either they clean it but still hairs were everywhere still, and sink was blocked or drain was blocked.

The Room was clean and quiet.

The shower room was too small

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Easy access to malls and nearby restaurants.

The breakfast experience felt awkward. Very limited option and I even have to pay for extra rice. The menu itself is separate from the regular one and I had to sign a document before I could order. It felt more like I'm lining up for a food stamp instead of a hotel dining experience.
