Metro Phoenix Extended Stay

The room was a little poorer than expected. The lights kept randomly turning on in the middle of the night, the restroom had poor lighting that made it awkward to shower.

Check in is very confusing, the staff was difficult to understand, she spoke with a mouthful of chips, ice, I'm not sure what she was crunching on while speaking, the front lobby was very disappointing, not inviting at all, did not appear clean or cleaned for awhile,there was a door off the hinges leaning on a random wall, large refrigerator in the side of the room.... However, I was more pleased with the room, it was clean, no roaches noticed.

This place was terrible. Communication was terrible. Property was in the worst condition, cockroaches, rusted bathtub, dirty, kicked in front door, smoke smell, running water, lights not working. I could go on and on. The place was not well lit, homeless and drug dealing in the parking lot, we felt totally unsafe and got out of there as quick as possible. Hotels.com would not help us with any accommodations and basically said they will get back to us in 72 hours and then hung up on me after being on hold for 45 minutes. It was a disaster

Not a good experience. Filthy and smelly all over. Expensive . I honesty would not recomendación. The surrounding area doesn’t look safe . Look unkept . Bed sheet had disgusting stains. Forgot to take pictures of it. I had to go to the stores d purchase new blankets and pillows.

I felt safe being that the property was locked. Being safe is very important to me and family

Absolutely disgusting! Do not stay here. There was at least 8 piles of poop by the door and not all were from animals. The room smelled like the outside looked. Horrible communication. Terrible terrible terrible. We left and gladly payed more for a better place!!!!

I checked out after the first hour and half of checking in. I noticed 2 roaches one of which was on my bed. No way would i stay the night there. I contacted property and no solution or refund. I contacted hotel.com and no solution or refund. I checked into another hotel for the night.

We originally booked 3 night stay but stayed only 1 night. (didnt have other options) Overwhelming smell when you entering the house, dirty with flies flying around. Front door can't close all the way even when locked. A/C not working, TV you can turn on and off and thats it, people with ankle bracelets doing "business" in the parking lot and in the middle of the night we had somebody banging on our doors searching for "Pookie". My 10-year old kid was absolutely petrified and none of us had any sleep. We cut short our trip and came back home. This was easily the worst stay ever in my life.
