Metro Phoenix Extended Stay

the minutei walk in i turned around and left walked in to trash on the floor bugs and the floor the hallway smelled like cigarettesi left having a Asthma Attack. the mattress was a pieceof foam.

Having a kitchen .but it being so much for one night

Fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable

Not the best place to stay.

Remodel in process!

Terrible property. Felt unsafe walking around the complex. Room smelt terribly like smoke. No way to secure door. Room was so dirty and NOTHING like the pictures advertised. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Had cockroaches in oven. Parking was limited and a distance from room. Room was good size for us all. No extra bed or bath or kitchen linens available. Limited cooking utensils.

We love the facility quite and to access

Bad customer service , pest control needs to be addressed. Amenities were given poorly such as bedding towels and soaps . Room had a terrible strong unclean smell . Upon arrival i called for more bedding like pillows and quilts, was never addressed. . Towels were prepared poorly not enough

The property was the most cleanest place I have ever seen. Dirty sheets, roaches on the wall, dead roaches on the corner of the kitchen, the entire place smelled of smoke, the bed itself was disguising big blood stains on the bed I have pictures of the entire stay. I had to not only purchase cleaning products but the staff provided some equipment after 2half hours of request for me to clean the entire place from top to bottom I’m requesting my money back the property itself advise I had to speak with Expedia because I book thru them
