Metro Phoenix Extended Stay

We felt unsafe at night and I wasn’t able to sleep much because of the noisy neighbors smoking, talking and drinking next door. Amenities were nice like having your own kitchen and there were extra plates and utensils. But you can tell doors were dated and a little damaged. There was a little smoke smell when we opened the door to enter the room.

I’ve been black listed for getting bit by bed bugs the one in Scottsdale. Believe it or not the one by Bobby Q by castle & coasters

This was not a place I would recommend ever. There is only a star there because to right this I had to give it one. We didn’t even stay there, the locks were broken the door was chewed up. The carpets were stained and burned and torn. It was advertised as 7-8 but maybe 5. The roll out sheets had a print and that was almost worn away. It seemed to be low income housing with a few empty spaces. Do not stay here!!!

It was easy and pleasant great place and pool thanks for the place being so welcoming

Terrible smelt like cigarettes and was filthy. Looked like the door had been kicked in. Animal feces outside door.

Didn't realize " all inclusive " meant a halfway house, nothing inclusive accept the sketchy people and armed guard in the office. Cockroachs on the walls, had i not been soli, i would have changed to the nice hotels on the other side of the freeway.

I reserved a room and the room was full of cigarette smoke. I told management to refund me and they offered a second room which was in the same condition. My children and I were physically harmed by the smoke. Hotels.com should not allow this hotel to be listed on its website.

I’ve been in a few rooms and each one was infested with roaches, I had to bring my own roach/raid spray and I felt so uncomfortable I wouldn’t take my shoes off but I didn’t leave because I already paid for the room! The tv channels weren’t programmed in and and the security/lock box to gain entry into the room was missing a few buttons in more than one room I reserved, it was in close proximity to my family so I got a room there a few times because it was convenient for me! The area is swarmed by zombie like drug addicts, constant loud music all times of the day and the security doesn’t do any securing according to the guidelines of him keeping the place! The rooms smelled like mildew and my girlfriend said she observed a roach giving birth right in front of her…she was so disgusted, I remember she saying she felt so gross after that! The linen was not all there, they were missing pillows and towels and in one room the main curtain providing privacy was missing and the whole room was on display for everybody who walked by could look in on you and see everything that your doing! The first initial lights to lighten up the room never worked in any of the rooms I stayed..you have to feel the walls in the dark at night to find a light switch to get the room lit up! They have the nerve to charge you these really absorbent high prices and more for a low quality room that isn’t even worth the lowest price motel!

They got roaches, do with that information what you will.
