The Bay Suites - Entertainment Dist

Don’t deal with these people. Will wait until the last minute to give you instructions on the most irritating processes for checking in and out. Will be reaching out to them to ask them to refund my parking costs because I did not receive parking instructions until I was already in a garage. Unit is fine, but not worth the hassle.

Front desk not very helpful, parking was a nightmare, only 1 elevator working for 50 plus floors of customers, bathroom door didn’t close and was off track, charged some extra fee without any reason why, no onsite customer service, and too many appliances for a small room.

The room we stayed is was nothing like the photos on the website. The room was extremely run down. Locks broken on the front door, holes in the wall, flooring was coming up (my kids were hurting themselves from the flooring), cracks in doors, the toilet bowl brush in the bathroom looked like it was 20 years old with no brissels left on it - makes me question the cleanliness of the place. There were light bulbs burned out. There was no toilet paper, no tissues, no paper towel, no hair conditioner, not enough towels for everyone (also no where to hang towels). There were no replacement garbage bags. There was still bedding in the dryer from the cleaning staff. The windows were filthy and the door to the balcony didn't open. Very disappointed.

The bad: A barrage of phone calls and emails leading up to my stay. Weird, tedious, unclear check-in process. Everything was run-down... cracks in the mirror, marks on the walls, paint chipping off the door, etc. Their email isn't working now (2-3 weeks after my stay), so I can't ask about getting my security deposit now. The good: The view of the city was beautiful. Walking distance to a lot of the sites.

Travelled internationally, didn't have network and phone available at airport. Inconvenient getting procedures in dribbles instead of all front-to-back details before flying. Room was clean and close to the things we wanted to do. Some long waits for elevators, but usually just a few minutes. Some noise from halls and outside bldg, but didn't keep me awake or wake me up. Reasonably good views considering it's surrounded by many other skyscrapers. Halls, lobbies, and grounds were clean and well lit.

If you want your vacation to be ruined, book here. The place was dirty and many things were broken. It is not maintained at all. No staff on site and you have to message through what’s app and they ignored us. Coffee machine was broken and they did nothing for the 4 days we were there to fix it. No curtains in the unit and most of the plugs did not work. No spoons or fork in the unit. My kid couldn’t eat. We lost electricity for half a day and nobody did anything so we had to go to concierge. I am not sure if these condos are legally run. I want to report them to Expedia. I have never stayed in a place this poorly managed!

Very inconvenient parking situation, difficult to navigate. No one around to help. Unit was spacious and quiet, but the two tvs didn’t work and shower stall didn’t drain. When asked for compensation, I was denied

- great location, security staff was helpful - check in instructions were late and not convenient with a vehicle - purchased additional parking but didn't receive key to exit the underground parkin garage, so had to figure out a maze to finally walk up 4 flights of stairs through the emergency exit
