The Bay Suites - Entertainment Dist

This is not a hotel - this is a condo being used as a rental. Unclear check in process, and the individuals on site were not much more knowledgeable about it. Worked it out, but not the easiest. Room had floor peeling up that you could easily stub your toe on,windows were not locked for a 4th story drop with no real guardrails. One window was physically open as well. Windows duck taped closed and locks and keyholes covered and stuff with things like paper towels so no one opens them. There was also a fire alarm and the fire department came.with no.clue of why we were evacuated or no explanation. Great location, but not a great place to stay

Overall, had a great time. The price wasn't too bad especially considering the location and last minute booking. First time using this platform and the operator on the phone was very polite and patient. The room was pretty clean and the view was quite nice. Would book again.

Great location, central to a lot of tourism. Reasonable price, adequate amenities and room. Clean.

The place is centrally located which was convenient. However the internal conditions were poor. There was no light in the living room. Kitchen

Warning do not stay here. Upon checking in I noticed multiple issues with the condo (including very unsafe flooring which had buckled). I notified the company immediately and spent the rest of my time trying to get an answer from them but was only ever given a pathetic apology and thanks for informing them. In my research to complain I discovered that the condo management condo is in breech of the cond’s own short term rental property (they are only to be listed on a different site), but possibly Toronto city bylaws as well for short term rentals. Yes I informed the management company, the condo company, Expedia, and Toronto bylaw enforcement. For the price that they charge they should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly don’t care.

Loved our stay! Was very clean and host was very nice as well! Such a good price for the downtown city view!

Close to major cites and transportation however the unit was run down. The bathroom had mold and a lot of blinds were missing from the windows so the sunlight came right through the windows. The place also had an awful smell. I wouldn’t stay here again

The property was OK however the floor was messed up. There was no key yet. They call me telling me that I’ll ask you and we’re going to the duck from my deposit key loss. which I didn’t receive so overall the day was fine and another thing it was hot as hell so it was not the best
