No cold water. Always very hot water from the tap

The property was top notch - but the unit I stayed in was not cleaned properly; had multiple broken items throughout the unit; and the biggest issue was that the a/c did not work at all. The unit was stifling hot

Location was phenomenal- the room itself was terrible and service lacked. - Was supposed to receive check in instructions by 3pm; didn’t receive until after 4:30pm - room was just left open with keys inside - room’s floor boards were popped up. Completely lifted in the area near the kitchen and hallway. They covered it with a utility mat and taped it done. The edges were so sharp that it was cutting through the mat. - cupboard door was broken off - window was boarded up with plywood - WiFi didn’t work -they asked me to reset it - they gave me a parking space that was already taken I called multiple times to 24x7 concierge- went to voice mail after I started to convey the issues in the room to them. Totally went dark. Was asked to provide credit card security deposit and photo ID via What’s App - which Expedia notes NOT to use any other platform but theirs.

Dangerous floor, the wood is peeling off in the kitchen. No coffee maker, no working wifi. The sofa bed is broken. Strict minimum toilet paper and plates…

The place is in a good location, very close to union, and it was decently clean. However, I don’t recommend booking this place until they fix the floors. We stubbed our toes multiple times due to the floor lifting up and pieces missing, which they are attempting to just cover with a mat. It’s very unsafe. When I emailed them to report this and ask for a partial refund I never heard back. Terrible service.

When we arrived the cleaning person was still there and that made my family very uncomfortable and statled them. The floors were warped and hurt one of my childrens foot. The balcony was very dirty with broken glass that also hurt one of my childrens foot. When we arrived we had to give our information at the concierge (which was ok) but was told our keys to get into the condo was in the room. So no fob to get in and out of the building and also need a fob to use the elevators 👎 Never staying there again. If i had known it was like this i would have stayed somewhere else and having to call other places to just get access or even help was very annoying. Very expensive for a very poorly operated and maintained apartment 👎 never again and wish we could have got a refund

Overall was good. Need some renovations. But like, A LOT!!!! Please change the pillows… I had to buy one.

After years of booking with Expedia, this was by far the worst property I’ve stayed in. The apartment was in terrible condition—broken mirrors, damaged vanity and blinds, cardboard over a window, and a mouldy shower curtain. Only the bed was clean and comfortable. Expedia refused to help since I chose “pay at property,” leaving me stuck for 10 days. The property kept promising maintenance, but no one ever came. The photos are misleading—AVOID this place at all costs.

The parking lots need to be clearly marked so people know what lot to go to
