The Bay Suites - Entertainment Dist

The UNIT was horrible. Like a worn out Dorm facility. Lots of water damage to floors. Missing doors to which one was on the balcony with an inflatable mattress. Frames damaged. Kitchen make of particle board.

The floor was broken in 2 areas. A large hole in the wall in the hallway. The ensuit bathroom had no vent cover. The master bedroom was missing a door. Perfect location for price. This place needs some work.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Total scam. Place looks nothing like the photos. Our suite was in terrible condition, with missing floorboards and damaged countertops and doors. Couch smelled like BO, the bed had hair all over it. When we checked in, someone was already doing laundry in the suite -- turns out it was one of the employees, who showed up unexpectedly to get her clothes later. We ended up leaving after one night because the place is so sketchy. Management not only refuses to issue a refund, but has not returned our deposit either. They are avoiding phone calls from both myself and Expedia about these issues. I'm not sure how this place is rated so well on this site when their reviews are garbage everywhere else.

Good! Nothing crazy.

First, there was no wifi network, i didn't find rhe network that was mentioned in the e-mail, my wife and my children also didn't find it The tv didn't work, probably because there was no wifi network, and even the tv didn't find the network I had to replace the pieces of wood under the bed many times because they felt down on the floor At 3h am during the night of saturday, there was a lot of people talking very loudly and they were smoking weed The patio door never close completely, we were never able to lock the patio door, there's an opening at the bottom of the door and it was there when we arrived thursday Finally, the toilet in the "bedroom's bathroom' is leaking, there was water on the bathroom's floor when we arrived thursday, the leak is behind the toillet when the water valve is opened, to avoid any further problem with the water on the floor, I put a towel and turned off the valve (when the valve is on, the toillet works correcte despite the leak).

The Unit was very clean and comfortable, Location was perfect, check in was a bit of a hassle

"Check-in" is done via email and not at all orchestrated with security. Unnecessarily difficult, a regular hotel will be easier.

This was our first time to Toronto so we were out of sorts a bit. The check- in was very confusing. Parking was confusing. I would say the customer service aspect was lacking. The apartment was fine. It had a nice view from the 51st floor looking over Lake Ontario. There were minor things like no TV. Overall after a nights sleep it wasn’t too bad of a stay.
