Check in was. Nightmare. We didn't receive any communication and when we called several times before check in and on check in it was like pulling hair to get the information. Took us over 35 min to get our room and we were almost late for a concert. Also the building that we rented was not the building that we got so that added another 20 minutes to check in. Once we got in the room was t even that clean and that wasn't the problem. The floors were all broken and covered by carpets. Not only were the floors broken they were sticking up so you would stumb your toes and hurt your feet. I will never go again and should not have paid what I did

Washer must have leaked at one point and flooring is destroyed. Just not what you want to see when you walk in the door. Bathroom has see better days cracked vanity paint bubbling and moldy caulking around tub. Flooring damaged in kitchen under dish washer. Door is gone that would have separated best Room to rest of the space. Does sound like a scam doing all the info to stay there. Just need some someone to fix all the damages and would be a nice spot.

This is NOT a hotel. It is a condominium. There is no front desk. There is a person in the lobby, but they don’t work for “Bay Suites” because it does not exist. It’s just a room in a condo they rent out with no personal contact. They wanted us to upload a photo ID plus credit card information, which we were not comfortable doing. Therefore they wouldn’t allow us to access a room WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. We ended up booking with another hotel. Don’t be deceived like we were. Take your business someplace else.

This was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. It was not advertised. It was dirty, damaged and difficult to check in to. I had to hound the property manager for check in details which they said sometimes there are blips in their system so that’s why I didn’t get it ahead of time. The location itself is great, walkable to Roger’s center etc. once inside we found a very run down condo. Broken flooring, crooked broken pictures on the walls, baseboards ripped off, large marks and patches on the walls, vent covers missing or filthy, little to no silverware or glasses. No hand towels or face cloths, no conditioner, the balcony was gross with an old mattress and one of the bed linens had blood on them! Honestly if we had the time or money we would have left as soon as we discovered that. The big problem here is that there is no on site management so no one to address imminent issues. The washer had dirty laundry in it. The fire alarm went off for about 15 minutes at 4 am and they kept coming on overheard saying there is no fire but they don’t know why the alarm is going off. Overall I absolutely would never come back here or recommend it to anyone and will be begging for my money back. If I could upload pics I would to show you how bad it is.

First they gave us a parking spot number which was taken so we had no choice to take the one beside. Buzzer did not work. NO KEY card at all and now we have to go move car. Again every time we need to come in or out we need to see the front desk. Absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined my birthday

Needless to say, this was a horrible experience. Took us over an hour to check in this is a huge condo building and there’s no fob given to get in to the elevator. Which means that the front desk temporarily allows access to the floor but because of the lineup it would expire and so we were left stranded on two different occasions and on the third attempt finally got in after an hour of waiting. When we got there, there was a lack of towels all the towels and the bedding were left in the dryer wrinkled and not prepared. after coming back in the evening after a dinner we realised that there was only a half a roll of toilet paper when I called customer service and complained and asked for more toilet paper and towels they said that they were unable to provide any toilet paper and their solution wise going through that same front desk experience to get lead onto another floor within the condominium building going into a separate unit to get toilet paper on our own. The next day on checkout when I complained the customer service said pleaded not to leave a bad review and an exchange they would offer me a refund of the parking and the early check in, and after seeing the review they would consider a full refund. None of these were given as of today several weeks after our stay avoid this property at all cost it is a horrible experience and not worth the aggravation.

The location was great! The condition of the unit was not great. The floors have several spots with damage and the boards are sticking up in spots causing a tripping hazard. Really hurts when you stub your toe. The tv didn’t work after many attempts and hours spent with staff trying to rectify. Lights were out. Unit requires some TLC.

The check-in process was extremely difficult and inconvenient. It came off as a scam and took a long time to complete. Other than that, the room was nice and the building is within walking distance to the Roger’s Centre, it’s right across the street which is a huge plus.
