CLEAN ; STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL

The room was cleaned everyday, the foods were excellent, staff so good. Everything was fine. I’m happy to know that we can have that kind of service in Cameroon.

Clean room, clean property, attentive staff, excellent food, secure location. My favorite hotel in Cameroon.

Friendly, warm, and helpful staff.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the Internet works well, bathrooms are good and front desk staff are friendly. But the hotel is seriously let down by the food. For a start there is no room service. And the streets around are dark so it's not easy just to pop out. There is a restaurant but it is very expensive. I ate there one night.. the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive and when it did come it was cold. I asked for it to be reheated. Another 15 minutes and it came back not much warmer! And to honest not that great / Thai chicken curry but the chicken was very gristly. For $30 plus service plus drinks, and that was one of the cheapest things on the menu. So please shape up the catering if you want me back!!

The hotel room is over-priced. That's one thing. Then again in Yaounde a lot of restaurants and hotels are too expensive and not worth the price you pay. But when you pay that amount, you at least expect to see some fake smile and good attitude. The first impression from the girls of the reception was already horrible. The receptionists not only have a lousy service attitude but also demonstrated extreme-low standard professionalism. I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights there. To make theregistration easier, I even print out all the ID informations out in advence and bring the copies along in person , but still the girl at reception didn't even trouble to enter my 4 guests' names, she simply put all the rooms under one person's name. I pointed this out to her so-called superviser. But again in actual check-in day, she did the exact same thing right in front of me with a passive-aggresive attitude.

Average but you will not find much better. Yaoundé does not offer much in terms of good services so this is among the best but still quite mediocre. Breakfast is average and they charge extra for the cappuccino. The ATM was out of order most of the week which was quite inconvenient as you need cash for everything here. The gym is very small and there are no common areas except the restaurant and cafe. Like in other places in Yaoundé employees behave like they are miserable in their jobs. It’s quite depressing. Overall a medium experience.

Amazing hotel with amazing service

This is the best hotel in Yaounde! Modern, comfortable, great location, great service, nice food. Also has a spa, conference room, pool, bar and restaurant. Much less stuffy than the other older options. Don’t know why it’s not rated higher.

This is a good hotel, located a little away from the city centre (but near many embassies and international organisation offices). I asked for an airport pick up which went smoothly (CFX10,000 fee). The hotel is bright and modern and very clean. My room was well appointed and no issues at all. There is a small but decent gym and a nice outdoor pool though it is a city hotel so no garden area unfortunately. Breakfast was ok - a mix of western and Central African options. For CFX15,000 I had somewhat higher hopes. All in all a good option In Yaounde.
