Many thanks to Hillary and Ege for their readiness and promptitude. The food is really tasty as like last year and eberything is very clean. Sometimes the restaurant is very crowded and the services downgrade. Special thanks to the lady who's preparing a cheese turkish pie.

Without doubt the best of the Titanic chain hotels. Modern big space a lot of options kind staff but very bad organization and management even that they have several supervisors and managers the result is negative. We have been for second consecutive time for the New Year and seams the things are going worse. We payed 350€ per person for the New Year GALA and we got food below average few drinks and no service. The waiters disappeared in the middle of the event and since then no food no drinks no water no service. The worse came when the orchestra started to play only Turkish songs very loud and unpleasant ambience if you DO NOT SPEAK TURKISH. DO NOT EVER GO FOR A GALA TO THIS HOTEL. We will choose other destination for next year.

We stayed at Cullinan Belek over the Christmas holiday through New Year (Dec 2025–Jan 2026) and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, and everything felt smooth and well organized throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler Akin — he truly made the trip. He looked after us with great care, checked in regularly (in a very considerate way), helped with arrangements and reservations, and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of, especially during a busy holiday period. Overall, a fantastic holiday stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Cullinan Belek — and if you can, ask for Akin!

My assist Krıstına was wonderful, helped us with all questions, room was lage with magic views , dinnings delicious, all workers is mindful-we loved all in hotel. P.s. also an important detail-Bvlgari set up in bathroom)

We stayed at Cullinan Belek as a large group of 3 families (15 people), and the experience was spectacular. It’s rare to find a resort that caters so perfectly to every age group. ​Winter Highlights: Enjoying a "summer vibe" in December was incredible. The outdoor pools and aqua park were perfectly heated, making swimming a joy. ​Christmas Gala: Magnificent and exceptionally well-organized; it truly made our holiday special. ​Dining: Culinary perfection! The variety and quality of food are superb. ​Hospitality: The rooms are luxurious and spotless. What impressed us most was seeing the owner personally overseeing the finest details—a true mark of commitment. ​Special Thanks: > We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the management and the entire staff for their professionalism and warmth. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week there as a three-generation family (4 adults and 3 children). Although we were unlucky with the weather and only had good weather on the last day, it did not affect our mood at all. The food was excellent and plentiful, the kids’ club offered a wide variety of fun and engaging activities, and the pool water was pleasantly warm and comfortable. Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We are all looking forward to coming back again next year!
