Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. We came with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but the experience was actually much better than we anticipated. ​The entire team, from the General Manager to the front desk, is fully committed to achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction. We would like to specifically thank Hillary from Customer Relations for her exceptional care, and the supervisor Denis, as well as Sure you, for their outstanding support and attention to detail. ​The rooms were perfect and the hospitality was world-class. It is rare to find such a dedicated team. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Very friendly and wonderful staff, always ready to help. We really liked that they were so attentive and interested in everything, but at the same time not intrusive. We've stayed at many places in Turkey, but so far we like this hotel the most!

From first welcoming cheerful and friendly reception by Zeynab till the end of the trip we felt at home. Really the entire staff are VERY kind whom I can name some... Mert from the beef restaurant, Suna from the play area, Amina from the main restaurant and many others. I would like to thank them all... The resort is well maintained and they do care about your feedback a lot. We had couple of issues which was dealt with immediately and very professionally. Facilities are top notch and food varieties and quality is really excellent. The heated pools and waterpark was the cherry on top as usually other resorts' waterparks are closed in winter. Our Family suite had a fantastic view of the sea and the house keeping staff are really nice, kind and prompt. Only small recommendation: the GYM is open from 8am to 8pm. I think having its hours extended will be beneficial especially when you have a family and don't have time during the day.

Amazing hotel and super friendly staff very helpful. Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. Food also is great and has a big variety of food for everyone.

This is the best hotel i’ve ever been. Top service! I will surely come back to this hotel. The serivce is top and super fast! Love it here!

Karina is an excellent waiter, knows many languages, is responsive, always smiling. This is the fourth time we have been here and for the fourth year she has been serving us, she is very beautiful and works very fast! ❤️
