Clean property, kind staff, perfect location that is relatively close to St. Louis Downtown. Delicious breakfast is also available.

I was promised I would be able to check in early due to a late flight. I had been told a note would be made so I can check in early. When I went to check in, no note was left and I was told I could not check in because her supervisor was no where to be found for half an hour to approve me checking in. I was charged an extra day and asked to pay for an extra night so I could check in or I would need to find somewhere to stay. Tired from 12 hours of traveling, I paid but was very frustrated with the entire encounter. Out of a weeks long stay, house keeping only came by 1 time. The room was ice and the thermostat was broken.
