The property was very good.

I Didn’t like the fact that booked with one price and they are charging me other and when they answered me they called me a different name, they didn’t bother look the correct name to answer me. That killed the whole experience for me.

"Good design, bad service, noisy area"

Sofa bed was not ready for the triple room. There were some old sheets folded in the sofa. We had to ask for bedding and make the sofa bed ourselves. No bodywash was left in the bottle. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned everyday. They forgot that first day. We reminded in the afternoon. When we returned at night, the room was still not cleaned. When I complained and asked at least for new towels from the reception at night, the fella was nowhere near being apologetic. He even paused and gave me a dirty look. Imagine that! I tried so hard not to escalate the situation. Our room was facing the sloping highway. So, you hear a lot of engine brake noise of big trucks 24/7. Lobby and room are clean and sleek. Breakfast is good. At the end of the day, this is service business. When the service sucks, design and good food just doesn't cut it.

"We were in town for the night for a concert and had a lovely stay."

Room was clean and comfortable, a bit fancy, even. Staff was friendly. We didn't spend much time in the room but it was nice and comfortable.

there was a bit of confusion with payment during check-in and check-out that could have gone a little smoother, but the staff was friendly and helpful and it all worked out well.
