The location is great

It is a pub - not a hotel. When we checked in, our room didn’t have cold water nor side lights.

Good access to the local area, clean, food was a decent standard. The room was nice and we had a little doggy hamper left in the room. Which was a nice touch.

Service was excellent

Location was ideal, right in the centre of the village. Room was comfortable and staff were very friendly. Nice bar with lovely outdoor garden and a good restaurant. Although there is no parking at the property there is a pay and display car park literally next door, so parking not a problem.

Cooked breakfast was good although the continental buffet was very limited. Room wasn’t fully cleaned when we checked in. Bathroom bin had not been emptied since the previous resident and the contents was not pleasant.

Great room - really stylish. Better than you would imagine for a seaside pub.

Location. Right on the sea front Sea views from some rooms. Lovely helpful staff. Great food and large portion Dogs also made very welcome. Excellent for a short break

Very awkward car parking.Some free spaces in the road adjacent at this time of year but subject to restriction after 1st April. Alternative is expensive public car park with 24 hour charges. Very dark and possibly not secure in high season.
