Parking a bit inconvenient

Our room was very clean and well prepared, we had a noise from a noisey fridge motor outside, it was in the background and made us realise how quiet the area was , this is an observation not a complaint as the staff genuinely showed sympathy and couldn't be more helpful

I didn't like the fact that all the years we have stayed in StMawes on business and pleasure we didn't realise how exceptional the service is until we stayed there by mistake and doubt now that we would stay in any of the other hotel unless the rising sun was unavailable

The Sea View was fantastic, the welcoming was exceptional, our room was fabulous and the shower room was huge. My dog had her own space in the room, and she had a small bag of goodies. I loved that she could lay beside us at dinner and breakfast.

The fact that I couldn't stay longer.

We had a very warm welcome, once again, to the Rising Sun. A very spacious room with an array of refreshments and very stylish decor.

Our own criticism was we couldn’t get the shower to get hot was only lukewarm

I liked every moment of my stay, the staff, the food and the area. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.
