A very good location, nothing to say, there is a wonderful grilled chicken place just across the street, and the place actually provides breakfast, a very good one! The breakfast option depends on the season and supply level. Lots of animals live in the territory.

Kids of the staff spend some time in the area while they are on vacation, it's no problem until they give a hand to their parents, no way underaged work but feels discomfortable

Great, friendly hosts. Spacious room in a great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Breakfast included in the price. You can rent a bicycle for 100 pesos/day, they also offer laundry services for 30 pesos/kg.

Nothing major but things like a hairdryer and a kettle in the room would be extra helpful.

it is a small family-run guesthouse. The rooms are big and clean, we enjoyed the terrace with armchairs and hamcocks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is located 5-10 min walk from the beach, close to many restaurants and cafes. The only thing we didn't like was the loud music coming from the nearby restaurant, otherwise, it would be a perfect serene holiday spot. They DO offer a nice free breakfast (eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, coffee) even though the listing doesn't say it is included. I recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Holbox!

Excellent location in the center of town, close proximity to ATM, Coffee shops, and five minutes walk to beach. While centrally located, sound from the bars doesn’t carry over to the property leading to perfect nights of sleep. Beds are made and unit is cleaned every day. Added benefit of breakfast is great with daily guest appearances from hummingbirds.

Price is fair. Owners are soooo nice and they make sure you have everything you need. Rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend this place.
