"The location of this place is very good and accessible on the island, walking distance to everything"

The location is good, halfway between the ferry station (7 minutes walk) and the beach (7 minutes walk). The hosts were welcoming and were there the whole time in case anything was needed.

The power cut several times and the street is very loud at night, also the cleanliness can be improved.

Not too close to downtown for it to be loud yet close enough (5 min walk) to feel isolated. Super comfy, clean and pretty. The staff was very friendly.

This is a great place to stay in Holbox. The location relatively quiet (nice), only four blocks from the main action and six blocks from the beach. My room was spacious, the owner fantastically friendly and helpful. And price-wise, it was great value compared to what else was out there (from what I could see). If you are looking for somewhere to chill in comfort and then walk two minutes to get to town or beach, this is a good place. Mine was only a short stay due to time constraints but would definitely stay here again.

"Great location, but very noisy"

Overall, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay. We appreciated the complimentary water and the spacious room. It was also a nice touch that they left a bottle for our anniversary celebration.

However, the noise level was a major issue for us. We had trouble sleeping all four nights due to golf carts, loud music, noisy neighbors, and barking dogs. We had to use earplugs to get any sleep at all. Additionally, it wasn't clear if breakfast was included in the room rate and we were surprised to find out it cost an extra 100 pesos. Unfortunately, due to the noise, we wouldn't book this hotel again.

Such a wonderful family run place to stay on beautiful Holbox. The room was large, had a fridge which was very handy to keep drinks cold. Breakfast was nice, and was very useful that there was a free water fountain. Would stay again
