"Agradable, alrededor tranquilo ."

Principalmente la atención y orientación siempre dispuesta de los encargado, muy amables y atentos

No se si es de todos los alojamientos del sector pero siempre pedimos dos camas por separado y lo único es que hay un sofá cama que no es muy comodo. Como da a la calle entre semana siempre hay un poco de ruido de carros.

"Un lugar cómodo."

Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Solo la zona al rededor es muy ruidosa por escuelas y construcciones.

El agua de la regadera o se enfriaba muy rapido o tardaba mucho en calentar. Lo único malo es que hay construcciones aledañas, pero nada referente al Lugar.

"Fake photos, horrible smell, illegal falsified listing. Don’t stay."

Front desk staff were kind

The manager put fake images on the website and refused to meet with us to talk or give us a refund. We paid extra for a terrace room and they brought us down to the basement where the terrace and photos were completely different than what appeared online. The front desk staff said that they do this intentionally and it’s an issue. There were no windows, sunlight, and it had holes in the wall and a putrid smell. Would never stay here again and it’s appalling that they would not even refund us the extra price of the terrace room even when we moved rooms. Horrible place and managers.

Park Life Condesa is in a fantastic location and the rooms are incredibly spacious and have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, great A/C system for those hot summer days, quiet and clean. There are no real amenities and the service is okay but it's a great value for money. You don't need anything else.

Again, the service is okay and the "gym" is tiny but that's not what you're paying for, so we didn't really care.
