Park Life Condesa Hipódromo

The location is excellent, and we really appreciated the free-to-use washers and dryers on-site. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful—they truly listened to our concerns. When we mentioned issues with our first room, they kindly moved us to a much better unit on the 6th floor with the same layout. Their willingness to help saved our stay!

While the staff resolved it, our original room was quite noisy and the bed lacked support. It is also worth noting for future guests that the laundry machines are located in the basement, not in the individual rooms.

Le grand lit Le toit terrasse (lorsqu'il était accessible....)

Le toit terrasse a été fermé la première soirée pour événement privé. Le lendemain soir, la terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyée et nous avons dû négocier pour y avoir accès alors que c'est précisément la raison pour laquelle on avait choisi cet hôtel. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de draps pour le canapé lit. Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes pour chaque membre de notre famille. Il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage pendant le séjour.

No coincidía la descripción de la habitación de Booking. Tampoco estaban los elementos de la cocina que se enumeraban. Reclamamos al personal y solucionaron parcialmente cuando ya nos estábamos retirando
