Location is great. Apartment is super cute and comfy. There is someone on a front desk all the time. Doors have a code so you don’t need to carry keys

It’s a little bit noisy, but if you compare it with other parts of the city it’s actually not that bad

Very comfortable bed, decent living room, great location. Also safe, private, and secure and helpful staff with good English

Loud (construction noise), no decoration and very poor quality furniture and finishings. Also we were not informed of the amenities (patio, gym etc.)

I liked the location in terms of easiness to reach places and connections. Everything is close, including a huge supermarket.

Not the place for a longer stay. The location was great but the isolation of the building is so terrible that it was incredibly noisy. Bring plugs to sleep because trucks, cars, sirens and lots of traffic goes through this street from 6am. Room services: they usually remove rubbish every day but the towels are only changed every 5 or 6 days (depending who you ask) No other cleaning is done. I was placed in the ground level apartment on the night of my arrival, the next morning the hot water was not working and I was moved to the -1 floor. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was horrible. Not only super dirty but extremely humid and cold. I complained a few times about the cold and it was after my 5th night I told them I should be changed because I was sick. They moved me the next morning to the 2nd floor. The apartment next to me had the music out loud every day for hours, I couldn't hear my TV. Isolation is TRULY an issue if you are a tiny bit sensitive to noise. My stay was 11 nights and I left a night earlier. The evening/night staff was great but the manager seemed annoyed every time I was reaching out to complain (which I believe were logical, I truly made everything to work)

Personal war top, besonders Joshua (glaube ich, er hatte eine Silbersträhne) ist uns aufgefallen, mit der lockeren Art und der Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet.

Es war sehr laut, gerade gegenüber ist eine Uni, eine Baustelle um die Ecke und viele Essstände, sie legen aber Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung. Das Wasser war leider eiskalt, aber das wurde dann auf lauwarm geregelt.

Great big room with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and stovetop. Huge bed. Good water pressure.

Street sounds at night make it a bit noisy. Had to go search for coffee pods for the coffee machine. No refresh of towels during our stay (we were there 5 nights)

The staff was very very nice, welcoming and helpful. The room and lobby were very clean as were the rest of the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, the room was poorly maintained. When we arrived (it was very, very cold at night and in the mornings), the air conditioner did not work and although we immediately reported it, during the 5 days we were there the air conditioner was not fixed (not even a maintenance person came to take care of it even though they said every day that it would come tomorrow). The shower is half open and very cold to shower in. The room we were given was on the first floor and we could hear every conversation going on in the street. It is noisy there not because it is in the city but because the windows simply do not close well and therefore cold air also comes in from the windows. Although the staff was very nice, we would not recommend going there for more than one night in the current state of maintenance.

The location was great. 400m to a huge supermarket and 100-200m to public transport. As two single ladies we felt really safe in this area. Lots of food options close by. There is a jug/kettle in reception to boil water for tea/coffee. There is a laundry (but you must book in advance). The new man on reception (didn’t get his name, but he just started a week ago) was brilliant. He was really helpful, and spoke good English.

Take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. The ‘people’ noise in the building can be annoying while sleeping. There was a kitchenette but nothing to clean dishes (no dishwashing liquid, cloth, or tea towel).

O apartamento é bem espaçoso, cama, travesseiros e toalhas bons. Os funcionários são ótimos, super educados e solícitos. Fica em uma região bem segura, próximo de supermercado e estação de metrô/metrobus.

Pensei que tivesse serviço de quarto, com limpeza, porém somente os lixos foram recolhidos. Por ser um apartamento com cozinha, senti falta de produtos de limpeza de cozinha (detergente, buchinha de pia, pano de prato).
