We questioned the cleanliness of the property as some surfaces were dirty when we arrived

The location was perfect and the size of property was great for our needs.

The downstairs lounge would benefit from a deep clean. Had debris behind the sofa. Which we couldn't get to as it would mean pulling the sofa out.

Very pretty property in a perfect location. It had two kitchens - very useful and plenty of crockery etc. It was very warm and there was plenty of hot water. Showers worked well.

Maintenance needed a bit of upgrading. Key safe very tricky to operate. The standard of cleaning was not immaculate, only minor and could easily be dealt with.

Great location, loads of space, ideal for large families/groups

A little tired in areas of the building, toilets a little noisy when flushed.

Loads of room for our big family celebration

Nothing really. The keys were a bit fiddly but we felt safe.
