Lovely room and facilities, very clean and well appointed

I was in a room above the kitchen which was a bit noisy

Good food and friendly staff

No parking but that’s because it’s Hove

The weather

Room was great and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. Very cozy. Right near a Tesco when you need it and places to eat when you can't eat there.

There is a bit of noise from the pub with delicious drinks and food below, but they cut it off at a reasonable hour and it's not horrible.

Greeted by friendly and polite staff member and shown to my room. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were very nice. Noise from the pub below didn’t bother me in the evening and was all quiet by around 11pm. There must have been a pub restock or something around 5am though, as I was woken by noise below, but I am a fairly light sleeper. On the whole, a very pleasant place to stay, perfect for my needs.
