The kids club entertaining is weak and closing so early. The hotel management is based on calculating the single penny which makes you feel that you are actually in Kayseri. I didn’t feel the Turkish hospitality there. It is the most expensive place for Renting ski equipments comparative to other hotels. THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD IN THE POOL AREA AS ALL KIDS ARE THERE.

Staff never helps. Everywhere is dirty . They don’t have any qualified staff all look like they just start working in a hotel and don’t know what to do. When you ask for help because we have 1 year old daughter with us even very easy things they rejected to do. In very difficult conditions bad weather we were alone.

I would like to share a personal experience that I consider relevant for future guests. I regularly visit this hotel during my ski holidays in Erciyes and have stayed here several times in the past. I usually make use of the lounge or restaurant during my afternoon ski break, which is precisely why I regret having to share this experience. During my most recent holiday, january 2026, I was approached on the slope in front of the hotel by an employee of a ski company operating within the hotel. The manner of communication was, in my experience, threatening and intimidating, solely because I had chosen to purchase my ski equipment elsewhere. This created an unpleasant and unsafe feeling. Unfortunately, this also confirms other reviews mentioning unfriendly staff and communication in a menacing tone. I understand that the hotel can sometimes be very busy and crowded, but this should never be a justification for unfriendly service or a disrespectful way of communicating with guests. With regard to food and beverage service: the quality of the food and drinks was excellent, and I would like to explicitly acknowledge that. Unfortunately, the presentation and hygienic practices of the service staff did not match this level. For example, my dessert was left at the cashier in an unhygienic manner for approximately five minutes, after which it took a total of around fifteen minutes before it was finally served at my table. In summary, the hotel has a great deal of potential and many strong points, particularly in terms of cuisine and location. However, the attitude of (some of) the staff and their manner of communication detract from the overall experience. I hope that management takes these signals seriously and implements improvements.

Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi hemen pistlere ulaşım sağlanabiliyordu. Yemekler çok iyiydi otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve hemen yardımınıza koşuyorlardı….

Özellikle akşamları yemekle beraber alınan alkollü içkilerin fiyatlarini çok çok çok abartılı bulduk sanki alkol almamamız için düzenlenmiş bir fiyat listesi gibi geldi yurt dışından gelenler için bile çok fahiş fiyatlarlardı bir bira Avrupa’nın hiçbir yerinde 12 Euro’ya satılmıyor 70 Lik rakı viski Mcallen fiyatına veriyorlardı gerçekten insan kendini burada enayi gibi hissediyor Avrupa’da ve dünyada bir çok yeri gördükten sonra bu yapılanın çok ayıp olduğunu düşünüyoruz….
