Loved the stay…. Staff was awesome and really accommodating….

Perfect location for an isolated ski trip on the footstep of the Mt Erciyes ski runs. The bed was also super comfy and shower heat and pressure great after a day of skiing!

The location isn't close to any other restaurants or anything for the evening, so you are pretty restricted to the rather expensive in-house restaurant options - this was fine for only a couple of nights but maybe not if we stayed longer

Recently returned from an amazing vacation at the Radisson Blu Moun Erciyes at the ski resort, and I just can't help but share my impressions! It was one of the best winter vacations of my life and the entire experience was flawless. From the very beginning, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff who offered hot drinks and quickly completed all the paperwork. The feeling of coziness and comfort did not leave us from the very first step into the hotel grounds. The stylish interior creates an atmosphere of warmth and coziness, despite the harsh winter weather outside the window. The room we stayed in was ideal for active winter vacation: spacious, with a comfortable bed. The food at the hotel is a separate topic to marvel at. Breakfasts are a buffet with a huge selection of fresh and tasty dishes: from hot omelets and porridge to a variety of cheeses, pastries and fresh juices. Dinner is also something we didn't miss - local cuisine, a variety of meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruit dishes, and a huge selection of desserts. The hotel is ideally located for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski slopes are literally within walking distance of the hotel and free shuttles to the nearest ski elevators are available, making access to the slopes incredibly convenient. There are also ski and snowboard rentals on site, as well as professional instructors who will be happy to help if you're just starting to learn the sport or want to improve your skills. After skiing, you can relax in the hotel's spa area, which has a sauna, hammam and even a pool with mountain views. It was nice to rub away tiredness after an active day and treat yourself to a massage. What pleasantly surprised us was the level of service. The staff were always happy to help: reception staff, maids, restaurant receptionists - all top notch. Every morning we were welcomed with a smile, and all wishes were fulfilled promptly. We felt ourselves not just guests, but part of a large and friendly community. Overall, our vacation at Radisson Blu Moun Erciyes exceeded all expectations. This place is perfect for those who want to combine active vacation on the slopes with comfort and luxury service. I can confidently recommend this hotel to all lovers of winter sports. Coziness, professionalism and attention to detail are exactly what makes this vacation unforgettable! We will definitely come back here again!

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und sauber, hat auch eine super Lage direkt an der Piste. Mit unserer kleinen Tochter, die dieses Jahr Skifahren lernt, finden wir die Anfängerpiste ideal. Die Skilehrer sind sehr professionell und der Skiunterricht hat unserer Tochter sehr spaß gemacht. Der Service in der gesamten Anlage lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Im Restaurant hat man Schwierigkeiten, einen Kellner zu finden, der einem Getränke bringt, teilweise wurden die Getränke sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen erst nach dem Essen gebracht. Auch im Chalet, wo wir zum Mittagessen waren, hat man lange auf die Kellner warten, zum Teil mehrmals aufstehen und einen Kellner rufen müssen. Katastrophal waren der Check-in und der Check-out. Obwohl wir schon vor Monaten unsere Ankunftszeit angekündigt und den Early-Ceck-in angefragt haben (und dieser uns auch per E-Mail bestätigt wurde), hat man uns bei Ankunft gesagt, dass ein früher Check-in nicht möglich wäre, weil das Hotel ausgebucht sei (den Parkplätzen nach war das Hotel nicht mal halbvoll). Nach langer Diskussion und nachdem wir alles gepackt haben, um ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, hieß es, es sei doch ein Zimmer frei, wir müssten allerdings die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises bezahlen und müssten das Frühstück on top noch bezahlen, obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht haben. Im Endeffekt mussten wir mehr als die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises bezahlen und Frühstück war trotzdem nicht inbegriffen. Beim Check-Out dasselbe Spiel.
