Pyramids Oasis Hotel

Just the restaurant view and location was good.

Cleaning was so bad.There was a lot of noise from other rooms and the sound insulation was very bad. Towels and sheets were not changed regularly.

-friendly employees -breakfast was ok -amenities inside the room (tea, etc) -large room -a little bit of pyramid view from a small window

- We don't wear our outside shoes inside the hotel room. The guy who helped with luggage just walked over the whole room and even inside the bathroom trying to show us everything on freshly cleaned floor leaving dark footprints everywhere. It was offputting. Don't do that without asking if we need further help after delivering to the door. That was the reason for no tip. - Dead insect beside the bed lamp on the wall, in a very prominent location. Since we arrived early I accept this as a time problem. In any other case it would be very halfassed cleaning. - We booked half board but still had to pay for the dinner on the terrace? That was pretty stressful since we asked either to put the cost on the room tab so we would pay with the check out or accept a credit card payment. The service guy nearly got aggressive at us for not paying cash. He was on the phone for like 10 minutes, after that he told us we had halfboard and could choose from some options. Then he was on the phone again and told us to just order from the menue. After we ate, we had to pay with the credit card. In the morning we paid for the breakfast boxes also.

Almost everything need to be changed, actually I do not know how this hotel classified as 4 stars, it should be maximum 2 stars. Towels are not clean Insects everywhere staff are slow and lazy

The staff is very hospitable, so nice people. The quality of the room is quite okay with a very clean bathroom. My room also had a very big balcony. The breakfast is good, it was like in any other hotel in Egypt.

The location.. The hotel is located next to a very busy road. Because of that, it was hard for me to sleep because of the noise pollution. The hotel is in the suburb of Giza, the red metro line is so far away, there is no taxies nearby, so you have to use Careem or Uber to get to the sightseeings / city centre.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel - staff changed our room for us after we expressed how small it was in person.

We had to ask for extra bed sheets and towels as they looked stained. They must invest in newer towels and bedding to avoid the same issue with other guests staying at the hotel
