Dirty bedsheets, found someone hairs on bedsheet, bedding was not replaced after previous customer

The rooms were good and clean.

The night staff were extremely rude. When we arrived, he told us we had breakfast in the morning. It turns out we didn't, and when we had already served ourselves, he made us pay for it. The next day, we had breakfast included. I asked if I could swap so we didn't have to pay. We also had to change rooms, which was fine, but the night staff member tried to get involved and had no idea what we were talking about. We ended up saying we would talk to the day person. There are not many restaurants around. The internet was unbearably slow. The food in the resturant was average. Everyone wants your money!

Staff was lovely & Friendly Mr Ashraf and other staff was very nice

Some Bathroom stuff not available teeth bruch and face cleaning alsi no have hair drier - towels short one only
