Isle of Skye Guest house

Fairly basic room with a very clean bathroom. Entry requires a code and room only locked from the inside which was awkward for our family of four. Very quiet and convenient location. Breakfast was prepackaged granola bars or yogurt, no coffee just tea. If you’re low fuss and just looking for a place to stay for a night this would be a good option.

Good location, plenty of available parking, easy checkin.

Nice stay

This was by far the worst accommodations of our entire trip, and quite possibly ever. The room was extremely outdated and rough, in exception to the bathroom. There were 4 twin beds for 3 adults in one room, the windows had no screens and wouldn’t stay open without placing a coffee cup to hold open. The room was incredibly hot-we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat. There were barely enough outlets and inconvenient to the bed situation once we pushed two twins together so my partner and I could sleep together. The windows were literally next to the parking lot. This was the most expensive room on our 10 day trip and was far below our expectations. If someone had been available when we left, I would have asked for a refund. It felt like a hostel. Zero star rating.

The hotel is right off the Sky Bridge and located about a hour away from most hiking and exploring. This is great if you don’t mind driving, but left limited restaurant options. The room was spacious and tucked back in a quiet space, but it was very chilly. Thankfully, there were space heaters! We would stay again!

Great location, easy access and parking.

Comfortable room and bed. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was as advertised but pretty limited. Great location for our last day on Isle of Skye and allowed us to continue quickly with the rest of our trip.

Very easy check in as it is done via email. Nice property.

Room was fine but in the “garden” area in the back and up very steep and narrow spiral staircase. Once we got into room it was fine.

Just lovely. Clean and well appointed room. Unexpectedly bountiful breakfast (photos). Would appreciate details on non potable water, such as if safe for toothbrushing or if bottled water to be used.
