Senteur d’humidité et une porte non isolée pour le bruit me séparait des voisins et je les entendais comme s’il était dans ma chambre! Un éternuement et c’était comme s’il était dans ma chambre!! Pas dormis

L’emplacement est idéal (transport en commun, rue sainte Catherine avec toutes les commodités) et l’appartement est très grand, confortable, propre et agréable. Il y a un ascenseur. Nous avions une vue dégagée sur les toits. Très bel appartement.

Manque de vaisselles et équipement dans la cuisine. Manque de placards, ou crochets pour tous les manteaux en hiver, pas de bouchon dans le bain… La ventilation générale est bruyante. La conciergerie n’est pas fermée à clé, mais nous avons quand même pu laisser nos 4 valises sans problème car les quebequois sont de confiances
