Système d'authentification des voyageurs un peu intrusif et non-conforme à la Loi 25. Communication en anglais seulement. La communication avec la clientèle devrait au moins être bilingue au Québec.

Il y avait beaucoup de mouche à fruit ! Et le divan lit était brisé.

Great location. Convenient check in. Good sized unit. Comfy bed. Fully furnished apartment.

We stayed in Unit 201. 2 adults in the main bedroom one child on the fold out sofa bed.The location is unbeatable for access to the US Consulate - just a half block away. Very convenient for most needs including liquor store, convenience store, pharmacy sundries, etc. The kitchen is very functional with full sized range and large fridge. A quiet and high quality dishwasher is also a nice feature. The lighting is generally upscale and adequate. Everything else was quite comfortable and it is a generally very comfortable space. The fixtures and fittings for the unit are of high quality. We are experienced travellers and would rate this equivalent to a 3 to a.3.5 star apartment hotel. It could easily be 4 star with attention to upgrading the mattress and adding light bulb checks to quality control check lists. Generally satisfied with the mentioned caveats.

Three important lights were burnt out. The most critical one was replaced within minutes of voicing concern. The other two we expect were special order bulbs. The replaced bulb resolved our greatest concern as it was the main light source in the bedroom. There was enough redundancy in lighting in the two other areas to compensate. We did not find the main bed in the bedroom supportive. Very thick but notably weak foam mattress. It seems to be one of those bed in a box type affairs. There are no springs and it was not high density foam. Was like sleeping on a college futon and you sink into it deeply and unpleasantly. The mattress was definitely the weak point to this unit. The bedding was generally of good quality. The code lock on the main front door seems deactivated or not working. We pulled the door open without entering the door lock code for the entirety of our stay. The unit door lock worked fine. Visit was during winter but the industrial sized AC units are outside the windows as mentioned by another reviewer though they were not running due to the season. There is no view to speak of other than a peekaboo city view through one window but we rented the unit for close access to the US Consulate (one minute walk) not the view. The maid or other knocking on the door at 10:22 when check out is 11 is not cool either. Generally a very positive stay.

Bon emplacement. L'appartement est bien équipé, belle salle de bain avec pommeau de douche.

Propreté relative. Couchages moyens.

Location was fabulous. Close to shopping and downtown restaurants and bars. Check in was a breeze and Team Bakan were very accommodating. Early check in and answered all of my questions promptly. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again when I return to Montreal.
