Location near attractions, quiet area with plenty of cafés and pubs, recently renovated, very spacious, clean

Front door lock was at times difficult to open, it would have been nice to have simple instructions on how to use the washing machine and how to set heating or air conditioning.

The room is very clean and all the facilities and equipment are complete. Each bedroom is equipped with toiletries, towels and drinking water. The entire house is particularly large and the heating supply is very sufficient. Less than a hundred meters to the left after leaving the house, there is a supermarket with a complete range of goods. Daily shopping is very convenient. Public transportation is also very convenient. The nearest tram stop is only a five-minute walk away.

Loved the location of this apartment, the spaciousness, and the help the owners gave. It is also in an excellent location - close to tram to acess City centre and a short walk to the Shore with all its fabulous restaurants
