Excellent location, facilities amazing. Only problem the fire pit wasn’t working but not a major issue.

Gorgeous property! Very up market and great location. Lots of lovely little touches like toiletries on each bed, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and more! A Tesco extra next door for last minute buys. Plenty lovely pubs for drinks and food nearby. 20 yards or so to the tram stop which takes u right to centre for shopping etc

Had lots of issues with the keypad for getting in and out - at one point we had to phone the agent then wait in the rain until he arrived to get us in which wasn’t ideal. However, he was very friendly and helpful - no resistance to coming to help and wasn’t too long a wait (15mins or so)

Property is of a high standard, lots of lovely touches with toiletries, snacks, breakfast food etc. Such a great location in Leith, parking at Malmaison was no issue, short walk away. The hot tub and outside space was great, it is accessible from the twin bedroom. Robes were provided for 2 people only. Mint Leaf Indian restaurant directly opposite was delicious and would recommend. Very helpful host when needed a little help on arrival.

The front door was a little temperamental as all digital with no keys, wasn’t a big issue, possibly user error!

Travelled with 3children. House is by the roadside. Parking is 5mins away free , not so bad. Nice walk to the carpark. Spectacular apartment. Clean, fully equipped and well heated.

Since is by the road, its kinda noisy abit , but its fine for us
