El mejor del mundo din exagerar, el hotel es la casa del creador de Nintendo (Fusajiro Yamauchi) y todo lo que se encuentra en las habitaciones y hotel es original, lo mas increible es que al mismo tiempo es un museo y tienes acceso a todas las áreas, es all inclusive 24 horas y TODO es premium y super rico; por último la atención es increible siempre amables y una actitud increible con cada uno de los clientes. El hotel es super limpio, cuenta con tina de baño y te dan las sales con hojas de té para descansar.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Marufukuro. A real gem of a boutique hotel. Attentive service, gorgeous bar, close to a metro stop and beautiful rooms. It was the highlight hotel of our 2 weeks Japan trip. Our guest relations manager Chou was super friendly and knowledgable. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to Shichijo Station on n the Keegan line, with easy access by train directly to Gion, Pontocho, Kiyomizu Dera Temple, and Inari temple. As well, the same line goes all the way to Osaka. It’s a straightforward walk of 15 mins to Kyoto station for Shinkansen, or a quick taxi ride.

Absolutely amazing hotel full of history! The complementary features were such a pleasure and the hotel staff were brilliant. A short walk to the station kept us well connected. Really beautiful location and property - cannot recommend enough!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at - beautifully and thoughtfully renovated all the way through. We were recommended by friends to go here, and Marufukuru did not dissapoint! 10/10

Japan has some of the best customer service in the world, but the staff here stood out. Andrea gave us an impromptu tour of the facilities and went out of her way to help us. The attention to detail when it came to the decor was outstanding. If you love Nintendo, this is the place to stay. It definitely surpasses a 5 star hotel. It deserves a 6!!!!

The room are beautifully appointed and designed. The beauty of the building is only surpassed by the attentive and ever so welcome and a helpful staff members. I hope to return someday.

Quite simply, the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. Beyond luxurious and special. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is incredible - if you are interested in the history of Nintendo before Mario came along, you will fall in love with the library and all of the wonderful touches around the hotel. Staff all so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended.

Very fun and unique property with great staff

I am a self-proclaimed hotel snob and I absolutely loved Marufukuro, would definitely stay here again. Not only were the staff extraordinarily kind, the property has so much history which they clearly care about, everything was so clean. I cannot say enough good things, thank you Marufukuro for such a wonderful experience!
